Performing Credits

Comfortable in a wide range of styles, he has shared the stage with such luminaries in the jazz world as Tal Farlow, Rufus Reed, Bill Dobins, Jiggs Whigham and Larry Schneider; and with pop artists including Natalie Cole and Roger Williams. In addition, he has been a member of several theater company orchestras including national productions of Evita and Man of La Mancha. Peter has worked extensively as a solo and small group performer in the areas of Jazz, Classical, Latin Music and Rock.

Currently

Pete stays busy playing in various settings around the Seattle area. He continues to attract a strong student following at his private studio and is an adjunct faculty member of Bellevue and Shoreline Community Colleges.

University of New Mexico 1977 - 1980
Theory/Composition Studies under Scott Wilkinson and Guitar with Hector Garcia.
Arizona State University 1981 - 1985
Graduated: Bachelor of Music in Performance. Studied Jazz improvisation under Chuck Marohnic and Guitar with Frank Koonce.
Eastman School of Music 1985
Graduate jazz studies with Bill Dobbins and Raymond Ricker Guitar with Gene Bertoncini. Independent Studies with Joe Pass, Jorge Morel, David Tanenbaum, David Russell.
